Jade Stoddart is an upcoming singer/songwriter/musician on the NSW Northern Rivers and Gold Coast scene, representing positivity and passion through her music. Her alluring presence and silky tones captivates an audience. She creates a warm and fun atmosphere, along with an ability to adapt to any occasion.
Jade's style is alternative pop and she draws inspiration from 70's artist Stevie Nicks Fleetwood Mac, Freddie Mercury Queen and modern artists such as Thirsty Merc, Benee and Odette.
In 2020 Jade wrote and released two original tracks called 'No Good' and 'Captain of My Soul' which have an acoustic pop vibe. Jade describes her songs as relatable and empowering, as she fearlessly shares life experiences through her own music.
Over the last few years Jade has performed as a solo artist in venues from Ballina to Brisbane, playing originals and covering a wide range of genres from easy listening to upbeat singalongs and party favourites. Her performance portfolio includes various music gigs, weddings, private functions and corporate events.
Additionally, Jade's gentle and caring nature has gifted her the opportunity to teach music therapy to young adults with special needs at the Endeavour Foundation.
Jade is currently working towards recording an acoustic cover album and a series of originals for release in 2021. She is very active in writing, recording, performing and regularly participating in open mic nights around the Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast.
