Zean Herrera, a Colombian DJ with over a decade of experience, has left an indelible mark on the music scene, performing at a wide range of events, from concerts to exclusive weddings and nightclubs. His musical journey began as a versatile DJ, exploring a variety of genres to adapt to different audiences and settings.
Over time, Zean embarked on a journey of self-discovery and artistic growth, delving even deeper into urban, electronic, and related music genres. His ability to mix and blend different sounds has become his hallmark, from the infectious vibes of urban music to the pulsating rhythms of electronic music.
In 2011, Zean began his career as a DJ at Colombia's most renowned bar and international tourist destination, Andrés Carne de Res. He was a resident DJ there for 6 years before moving to the city of Cartagena - Colombia, where he collaborated with prominent venues such as the Hotel Hyatt, Alquimico, and La Jugada, two of the city's top nightclubs. Additionally, he has participated in prestigious international festivals such as the Festival Estéreo Picnic, Bogotá Pride, and Corona Sunset, among other renowned events in Bogotá.
During his stay in Cartagena, he expanded his musical knowledge in genres such as Afro music and its derivatives, including Afro House and Amapiano. This experience enriched his repertoire and made him an even more versatile and appreciated DJ in the music scene. Currently, Zean resides in the city of Brisbane, Australia, where he has made his mark as a DJ in renowned venues such as the Hotel Marriott, Manly Harbour Boat Club, Wonderland, Robina Pavilion, and The Glen Hotel, continually enriching his knowledge and bringing his style to every stage he participates in.
